What I continue to hear from my clients

Most of the women who find their way to me say some version of the same thing.

I feel totally disconnected from pleasure.
01/16

They tell me they've forgotten how to rest without earning it, or how to make the space to rest at all. How to want something just because they want it. How to feel pleasure without immediately turning it into a task or a goal. How to let themselves enjoy the moment.

A lot of them say: I don't even know what I'm here for. I just know something has to change.

That's usually a good place to start.

Reflections

Your body already knows.

Most of us were taught to manage the body, override it, push through it. We learned to chase the good feelings and exile the hard ones. But you can't selectively numb. If you've shut the door on grief, shame, rage, or sadness, you've also shut the door on joy, desire, ecstasy, and aliveness. They come through the same channel.

And underneath all of it: pleasure. Not as an indulgence, not as a reward you have to earn once the list is done. Pleasure as your birthright. Your compass. Your most reliable signal that you are in alignment with your own life. When pleasure is missing, it isn't a personal failing. It's a message. Something here needs to be reassessed.

You already have all the answers within you. Not in a book, not in a teacher, nor in me.

My job is not to give you the map. My job is to help you remember that you are the map, and to walk beside you while you learn to read it again.

Who you'd be sitting with

The body is a source of wisdom, truth, pleasure and a touchstone for our deepest connection to self.

Coming home to the body has been the thread running through my life and work for more than twenty years. Through food, herbal medicine, motherhood, somatic practice, intimacy, and my own lived experience, I have come to understand the body as far more than something we live in.

My work is rooted in that relationship. I help women slow down enough to hear what their bodies have been communicating all along, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves, their pleasure, and the way they move through their lives.

I named this work Divine Body Temple because a temple asks something different of us. When you enter one, you instinctively slow down. Your senses awaken. You become present. You approach the space with reverence.

What if you learned to meet your own body that way?

Begin

Your first session is on me.

Thirty minutes, just the two of us, and a chance for both of us to get an actual pulse on the work together. You'll feel what it's like to be received this way. To slow down. To be listened to. Because you can't decide whether this work is for you by reading about it. You have to feel it in your body. That's the only place the answer lives.

In their words

“I had been living in hyper-vigilance my whole life. I finally reached a point of exhaustion; I was hoping to find someone to assist in REAL CHANGE. After meeting consistently, I noticed a significant shift in my life. Negative thoughts are no longer keeping me isolated for days at a time. I am on a new journey of discovering who I am.”

“I found it particularly helpful when Jenny offered practical examples of how I might approach difficult conversations with my husband. After more than 20 years together, it's easy to assume we know who the other person is. Jenny helped me see that open curiosity is still possible, and showed me tangible ways to begin those conversations differently. The work felt heartwarming, reflective, gentle and quietly transformative.”
