No. My sessions are educational, conversation and body-based. There is no nudity, no sexual touch, and no sexual activity between us, ever. We may speak about desire and pleasure because they are a part of this work, but it remains there. Our work supports you in your own life and relationships.
Coaching is educational and not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal advice.

“I had been living in hyper-vigilance my whole life. I finally reached a point of exhaustion; I was hoping to find someone to assist in REAL CHANGE. After meeting consistently, I noticed a significant shift in my life. Negative thoughts are no longer keeping me isolated for days at a time. I am on a new journey of discovering who I am.”

“I found it particularly helpful when Jenny offered practical examples of how I might approach difficult conversations with my husband. After more than 20 years together, it's easy to assume we know who the other person is. Jenny helped me see that open curiosity is still possible, and showed me tangible ways to begin those conversations differently. The work felt heartwarming, reflective, gentle and quietly transformative.”
