Meet Your Guide
I was raised in a Buddhist community and have been meditating since I was a child.
This practice, coming home to the body again and again, is the thread that now runs through everything I do. I care deeply about nourishing and supporting my community on many levels: physically, emotionally, spiritually.

Who you'd be sitting with
I was raised in a Buddhist community and have been meditating since I was a child.
That practice, coming home to the body again and again, is the thread that now runs through everything I do. For the last twenty years I've worked at the intersection of the body, food, and plant medicine: as a chef, a clinically trained herbalist, and the founder of a postpartum foods business that nourished families in the tender weeks after birth.
I formally trained for 2 years in a somatic and tantric based approach to become an Intimacy coach. I was called into this work because this work called me in. “I deeply yearned for something from him that I was not able to give myself, intimacy and deeper connection.” And there the truth lay before me and I could not unsee it. I became really curious about who I am now; what I truly desire, what no longer serves, how I want to feel in my body and finally how I desire to feel about my life. It has been and continues to be the greatest descent and deep listening to the wisdom of my body. Both pleasure and pain have felt like messages along the way to reflect, redirect and respond from a deeper knowing and a greater ease in my life.
The long version
For the last twenty years I've worked at the intersection of the body, food, and plant medicine: as a chef, a clinically trained herbalist and the founder of The Wild Rose Kitchen, a postpartum foods business, which nourished families with herb-infused nutrient dense foods in the tender weeks after birth.
I formally trained for 2 years in a somatic and tantric based approach to become an Intimacy coach however, it was life that truly called me in to do the deeper work to transform the challenges moments I continued to be met with; the deaths of several dear friends, sexual abuse, a four day childbirth and early postpartum depression, a marriage that ended midpandemic after 13 years together. I have learned so much from each one of these moments. I have discovered an inner strength that is not from pushing through but being present with, from honoring what was there to be felt and reclaiming the parts of myself I left behind in the process.
I have had many teachers along the way, though I do not know where I would be without Nicky Clinch, Layla Martin, Rachel Pringle, Angel Drake, Pema Chodron and especially the great Mother (nature).
I don't guide people from above. I guide from having been in the room.
I have always been a passionate linguist and now it feels like a fitting metaphor for the work I do now: helping women translate the language their bodies have been speaking all along.
When I am not with clients, I'm hosting wisdom salons in my home, tending my wild garden, swimming in the deep, laughing with friends, dancing, cooking something delicious and being utterly delighted by the company of my fierce, vivacious tween daughter.

If any of this sounds like you, you're probably in the right place.
